Customers can opt for self collection at our 2 designated outlets:

Vivo City #02-235

Once the items are placed at the store, we will inform our customers via email. This is usually within 3-5 days.


Local Delivery

Normal Postage varies between $1.00 - $3.50 depending on the weight of each individual parcel.  

SingPost normally takes 2 - 7 working days (exclusive of weekends/public holidays) to deliver Normal Post.

Registered Postage is an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage costs and is calculated per parcel.


Delivery Time

  • Delivery time is usually 7 to 12 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday)
  • The stated delivery time is for reference only. We do not guarantee the actual delivery time. Late arrivasl may be due to the following reasons;
    1. A change of mind after purchase
    2. Slight difference in the shade of colour, thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight misalignment of seams and minor stains
    3. Button loss
    4. Sizing issues (Please refer to the measurements of the item when making purchase.)
    5. Deliberate damaging or soiling of the item
  • If you do not receive the parcels after 14 working days after the payment is cleared, please feel free to contact us for the tracking information.

Shipping For Re-stock/Replacement Items

  • We will send the restock items out once there is stock. However, we do not guarantee the delivery time.
  • All re-stock/replacements items will be mailed out using Normal Postage.
  • Please feel free to contact us for more details.

Free shipping for orders over $150 are applicable only if:
- The amount is paid for in a single receipt. Please note that it cannot be accumulated.
- All items paid for are sent out in a single parcel
**Free shipping refers to Normal/Regular Postage. For registered postage, please top up an additional $2.24

In the event that items exceed the maximum weight per parcel (as quoted by SingPost), the customer will be required to top up the difference.

Mugigae will not responsible for any items lost in transition although we will enquire the status of delivery from SingPost upon request.

It is always advisable to opt for Registered Postage!


Worldwide Delivery (International Customers)

Mugigae brings international mail delivery to our customers and offers customers superior service quality to satisfy our customers requirements.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery time is usually 10 to 16 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
  • All items are sent by Registered Air Parcel.
  • Delivery time includes customs inspection which is usually about 10 to 16 business days for Registered Air Parcel.
  • The stated delivery time is for reference only. We do not guarantee the actual delivery time. Late arrivals may be due to the following reasons:
    1. Parcels being delayed by Local Customs.
    2. Parcels are returned to the nearest Post office.
    3. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
    4. Parcels are sent back to us due to it being unclaimed for over 10 days

Shipping Cost

  • All shipping cost will be shown upon checkout from our shopping cart

  • Shipping cost will be based on Weights and Zone (Distance from Singapore).
  • Take Note: If you are purchasing only 1 item and very far away from Singapore, your shipping cost might be more than the price of the item, because Registered Air Parcel charges starts from 0.5KG so the more you buy, the shipping cost for EACH item will drop.

Refund Policy

Please note that all items that are sold and delivered are non-refundable. For exchanges, please refer to the Exchange policy below for more details.

You can request for a refund if you did not receive your order within 30 days upon receipt of payment. To request for a refund for this case, please email us with "Refund Request for Purchase Order XX" as the subject line, with XX as your purchase order number and your payment date. We will respond as soon as possible. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.


Exchange Policy

If you have experience any defects with the apparel, we provide a one to one exchange if the particular stock is available. Do note the following terms & conditions for exchange:

  • Sale of Discounted items or items under promotions are final and are non-exchangeable, nor returnable. 
  • Accessories, bikini, lingerie, intimate wear are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Returns/exchanges are only for items with defects. Please provide pictorial proof of defects when you raise your return/exchange requests, and additional information must be furnished when requested. Defects example includes, one sleeve longer than the other when it is not supposed to be so, tear/holes of bigger than 1cm found when it is not part of the design, significant noticeable stains when it is not part of the design.
  • Besides defects, we do not cater to any forms of return request.
  • As such, kindly note that the following reasons are not considered as defects:
    1. A change of mind after purchase
    2. Slight difference in the shade of colour, thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight misalignment of seams and minor stains
    3. Button loss
    4. Sizing issues (Please refer to the measurements of the item when making purchase.)
    5. Deliberate damaging or soiling of the item
  • Kindly do check the measurements provided before you place your orders.
  • All exchanges are one-to-one exchange for the same model/color/design as the original items. 
  • Waiting period for exchanged item to be processed and shipped to you is 12-21 days.  
  • In case of the original design being out of stock or discontinued, the following exchange rules will apply.
    • If the item that you want to exchange is of a lower price, there will be no refund of the difference. So, we would usually encourage our customers to choose items that are of the same price. 
    • If the item you want to exchange for is of a higher price, you will have to top up the difference in amount. 
    • If the items you are exchanging for is in-stock in Singapore, we will send the replacement to you within 1-2 working days after receipt of delivery of your returned items. 
    • If the items you are exchanging for is in-stock in Korea, please note that the standard waiting period of 2-4 weeks apply before we can shipped the items to you.  
    • If the item you are exchanging for is out-of-stock, or you do not have any items you are interested in exchanging for at that moment, we will issue you with a credit coupon with the exact same value for the exchanged item for you to use on our site for your next purchase. This credit coupon can only be used once and do not have an expiry date, and when used, will deduct the stated value from your next purchase order. 
    • Please note that all exchanges are only issued upon receipt and verification of the returned item
All decisions on final outcome of any return/exchange requests are to made by the management of Mugigae and her associated business partners.


Returns Policy

All returns/exchange requests (local/overseas) must be raised via email to us within 3 days upon receiving of the item. All requests raised after the stipulated period of time will be considered invalid and void.
  • Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all labels and tags still intact in its original packaging.  All worn item(s) will not be accept for return. This is especially evident in items that are stretchable.
  • Mugigae do not reimburse postage/shipping charges incurred for the item(s) to be sent back to us. Other shipping charges such as overnight or express are non-refundable too. 
  • All returned items must be shipped to us via Registered postage for local orders or a shipping method with end-to-end tracking capability for overseas orders. 
  • Delivery charges (the P&P cost you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable. 
  • If we sent you incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us. Please note that the standard waiting period of 12-21 days still applies for exchange of the correct merchandise.
